Embracing the Feminine – A Women’s Retreat Each of us is bestowed with the perfect jewel of wholeness. Yet our attention in life is usually focused on improving ourselves or our circumstances in the hope to finally experience fulfillment and happiness. Much of what we do comes actually from our tender longing to feel unconditionally loved. While our longing is true and holy, it is often misplaced outside or lost in ineffective strategies, and we overlook what is already complete, infinite and delicately alive in us: our Presence-Heart-Awareness. Through the doorways of natural meditation, meditative inquiry, movement, and mythic play we learn to trust our Presence-Heart-Awareness as our ultimate ally, authority, refuge, resource, and fundamental nature. |

Exploring True Love As human beings living in a conditional world, we tend to seek outside of ourselves for true love. We often try hard to "perfect" ourselves to become worthy of love, or feel at odds with the challenges in our relationships. Most of what we do—if not all—comes actually from our longing to feel unconditionally loved. Join us for this afternoon to explore where love really originates, and how we can relax into the true love that we are so much longing for. This workshop includes a short lecture, dialogues, guided meditation, and experiential exercises. Everyone is welcome. |
